The shell is made of high-quality aluminum alloy, offering superior strength while maintaining light weight. This design provides excellent heat dissipation, long service life, and quiet operation.
Features precision bevel gears with worm made of 20CR carburized alloy structural steel (56-62HRC surface hardness) and gear made of 10-1 tin bronze for high strength and corrosion resistance.
Designed for all-round installation with easy connection to motors, CVTs, and flange electromagnetic clutch brake units without requiring couplings.
Equipped with high-speed bearings and SKF seals, using synthetic oil for reduced temperature rise and friction.
Our speed reducers are manufactured in strict accordance with ISO9001 standards, using premium components including SKF oil seals, Shell lubricants, and NSK bearings. All products undergo stringent quality control and are available from stock. Custom reducer solutions are available upon request.
